Paribu Dogecoin verdict in brief
Searching “paribu dogecoin” usually means one of three things: you want the DOGE price in lira, you want to know what Paribu charges, or you want to know if your coins are safe there. The short version: Paribu runs a live DOGE/TL market (last trade ₺4.0245 when we checked on 14 October 2026), publishes a dated fee table, and has no reported hack that we could find. We score it 7.0 out of 10, the best of the two Turkish exchanges we review.
What holds it back is cost at the entry level and regulatory uncertainty shared by every Turkish platform. A 0.28% taker fee on lira pairs is on the high side for small buyers, and like its rivals Paribu sits on the SPK temporary list without a confirmed final permit. You can compare it with the other venues in our Dogecoin exchange reviews.
Who is behind Paribu
Paribu’s operating company is Paribu Kripto Varlık Alım Satım Platformu A.Ş., registered in Maslak, Sarıyer, Istanbul, with MERSİS number 0827062136100017. Its own company page states paid-in capital of TL 500 million, which is a large figure for a Turkish crypto platform and a useful signal of resources, though not a guarantee of anything. Secondary sources say Yasin Oral founded the business in 2017.
Paribu has also stepped beyond crypto. Turkish press reported that it received SPK permission to set up Paribu Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş., a securities brokerage. That is a capital-markets licence for a separate company, not a crypto licence, so don’t read it as approval for the exchange. The app had a 4.4 rating from about 84,600 reviews in the Turkish App Store on 13 October 2026, a little below BtcTurk’s 4.8.

Is Paribu licensed? SPK status
Since Law No. 7518 came into force in July 2024, Turkish crypto platforms answer to SPK, the Capital Markets Board. SPK’s current list of firms in operation is dated 1 October 2026 and labelled temporary. Paribu appears as No. 40 for the trading platform (listed under its former name, Paribu Teknoloji AŞ) and No. 41 for a custody application.
SPK is clear that being on this list is not the same as holding an operating permit, and we found no confirmation that Paribu has received its final permit. So the honest wording is that Paribu operates under the transitional regime and is on SPK’s temporary list, just like BtcTurk, Binance TR and OKX TR. The wider rules, including the April 2021 ban on paying with crypto and the tax proposals withdrawn in March 2026, are covered in our guide to Dogecoin in Turkey.
DOGE on Paribu: live price and pairs
Paribu offers two Dogecoin books. DOGE/TL (DOGE_TL in its public ticker) is where lira buyers go. On 14 October 2026 it last traded at ₺4.0245, and about 1.76 million DOGE changed hands in the previous 24 hours, roughly $144,000 worth on CoinGecko’s count. DOGE/USDT last traded at 0.0822 the same day and carries much lower fees, which matters if you already hold Tether.
The widget at the top of this page shows a live DOGE price in lira. Right now one DOGE is about ( in 24h). Paribu’s own last trade can differ slightly from that aggregate, because each exchange has its own order book. For background on why prices differ between venues, see our live Dogecoin price page.

How to buy DOGE on Paribu, step by step
The process is the same as at any Turkish exchange, with one money-saving twist at step four.
Create and verify your account
Download the Paribu app, register with your phone number and complete identity checks. Turkish AML rules mean you must be verified before you can deposit lira.
Deposit lira by FAST or EFT
Send TL from a bank account in your own name. FAST arrives in seconds, around the clock; Yapı Kredi, for one, says transfers to Paribu are instant 24/7.
Go to the DOGE/TL market
Search for DOGE. The lira pair is labelled DOGE/TL in the app (DOGE_TL in the public feed). Glance at the order book to see the current spread.
Use a limit order where you can
A resting limit order counts as maker at 0.12%; a market order takes liquidity at 0.28% on the entry tier. On a ₺10,000 buy that is ₺12 against ₺28.
Withdraw to your own wallet
Choose the Dogecoin network and paste a native address starting with D. Send a small test amount first, and read the fee on the confirmation screen.

Paribu fees for Dogecoin
Paribu is one of the few Turkish exchanges whose fee table we could read on an official page. The version we used is dated 23 August 2026. Fees depend on your 30-day trading volume and on whether your order adds liquidity (maker) or takes it (taker).
| Tier / pair | Maker | Taker | Fee on ₺10,000 (taker) |
|---|---|---|---|
| TL pairs, entry tier (0–1M TL) | 0.12% | 0.28% | ₺28.00 |
| TL pairs, top tier | 0.01% | 0.10% | ₺10.00 |
| USDT pairs | 0.01% | 0.10% | n/a (USDT) |
| DOGE withdrawal | Not published | Not published | Check the app |
| TL deposit / withdrawal | Not published | Not published | Check the app |
What do those numbers mean in practice? A new user who buys ₺10,000 of DOGE with a market order pays about ₺28 in commission. The same purchase with a limit order that sits on the book costs about ₺12. If you already hold USDT, the DOGE/USDT pair is far cheaper: 0.10% even for takers. To work out how much DOGE a given lira amount buys after fees, try our Dogecoin calculator.
Two costs are missing from the public record: the DOGE withdrawal fee and minimum, and any fees on lira deposits or withdrawals. We could not verify them on 14 October 2026, so check the confirmation screen before you move money. Such fee, much homework.

Comparing a card route as well?A global exchange can be another way to buy DOGE by card in dollars or euros. Check that it serves your country first.
Buy DOGESecurity and track record
Our research found no reported hack at Paribu. That is a point in its favour, especially next to BtcTurk, which lost about $55 million in June 2024 and about $48 million in August 2025 from hot wallets. But an absence of reports is not proof of perfect security, and we did not review whether Paribu publishes a proof-of-reserves report.
Paribu’s large disclosed capital and its presence on the SPK list give some comfort. Still, every exchange is a custodian: if something goes wrong, your coins are only as safe as its systems. Keep larger, long-term DOGE holdings in a wallet you control and use the exchange for buying and selling.
Paribu pros, cons and our score
👍 What we like
- Live DOGE/TL and DOGE/USDT markets with steady volume
- Published, dated maker and taker fee table
- Cheap USDT pairs: 0.01% maker, 0.10% taker
- No hack found in our research
- Large paid-in capital (TL 500 million) disclosed on its site
👀 What to watch
- 0.28% taker fee on lira pairs at the entry tier
- DOGE withdrawal fee and minimum not public
- Final SPK operating permit not confirmed
- Lower App Store rating than BtcTurk (4.4 vs 4.8)
Our scoring weights regulation at 30%, DOGE fiat access and liquidity at 20%, fees and transparency at 20%, security record at 20% and DOGE features at 10%. Paribu earns solid marks on access (a busy lira book), on transparency (a dated, public fee table) and on security (no known incident). It is held back by the entry-level taker fee, the missing DOGE withdrawal data and an SPK status that is still provisional.
7.0 / 10. Paribu is the Turkish exchange we would point a cautious DOGE buyer to first. Use limit orders to keep fees down, check the withdrawal fee in the app, and don’t treat the exchange as long-term storage.
Alternatives to Paribu and who it suits
Inside Turkey, the obvious alternative is BtcTurk: the oldest local exchange, with DOGE/TRY, a 99.91 TRY minimum order and a 10 DOGE withdrawal minimum, but two hacks in 14 months. Binance TR and OKX TR also showed live DOGE/TRY markets on 14 October 2026 and sit on the same SPK list. Outside the local scene, CEX.IO is a long-running global exchange that accepts Turkish residents through CEX OVRS LLC in Nevis. It has no SPK listing and no lira pair, so you would buy by card in another currency, typically at a higher cost. Check availability before signing up.
Paribu suits Turkish residents who want to buy DOGE directly with lira, care about knowing their fees in advance, and are happy to use limit orders. Frequent traders who climb the volume tiers, or who trade the USDT pair, benefit most from its fee table. It is less ideal for very small market-order buys, where the 0.28% taker rate bites. When you are ready to cash out, our guide to selling Dogecoin for lira explains how to move DOGE back and withdraw by bank transfer.
